A native of the Bahamas, her sultry sophistication brings passion to her music.

An eager audience wined, dined and danced the evening away at Nassau’s newest restaurant and lounge Zvino Café located on East Bay Street. The festive crowd filled with many names representing successful local brands like Addis Huyler of the Bahamian Icon Awards and Tony Smith of Miss Teen Bahamas International. It was heart warming to see top artists come out in support of Làttia. As a writer, Làttia has co-written some of the nation’s top songs including “Steal the Show” for teen pop sensation Angelique Sabrina featuring Cecile and “Showstopper” for newcomer Osano Neely.

It was wonderful to have in the house the likes of Soul singer Paula Mckeva, gospel artist Mr Beeds, dancer/choreographer Bullet, Jane Doe and Vallon Thompson of the rock band Avante Guarden and jazzy R&B artist Kim Welcome, who performs at Zvino every Tuesday evening.

Singer/songwriter Julien Believe warmed the crowd as a special treat performing his hit song “Believe” as well as some crowd favorites like Miguel’s “Adorn” and John Legend’s “All of Me.” Julien  along with the entire evening  shared how much he has enjoyed writing with Làttia over the last several years, voiced his experiences on navigating the difficult waters of promoting a Caribbean sound on the world’s stage and expressed his thoughts on how wonderful it is to have fellow producers and songwriters intertwine the cultural Bahamian elements of Junkanoo, Goombay and Rake n Scrape into all genres like pop, dance, electronica, reggae, rock and hip hop to garner international appeal.
